My approach combines strength training by using different methodologies and equipment such as kettlebells, bodyweight training, and unilateral movements. I believe in simple yet smart nutrition, and mindset coaching. Everything customized to your lifestyle, preferences, and starting point.

I am a certified personal trainer, got my bachelor's in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Virginia Tech, and have been coaching for 6 years now. I own a bunch of credentials, but what I take pride in is helping others get themselves back and turn their life around.
